Our Mission

Welcome to Upper Room of Grace—a space set apart for healing, freedom, and deeper intimacy with Jesus.

This ministry was born out of real pain, real deliverance, and a relentless God who refused to let trauma have the final say. Here you’ll find honest stories, Bible-based teaching, and spirit-led resources created to help you confront darkness, break generational chains, and discover your true identity in Christ.

Whether you are carrying childhood wounds, church hurt, broken relationships, or a quiet ache you can’t even name yet, you are not here by accident. The same God who met us in our most shattered moments wants to meet you, too.

Our prayer is that as you explore this site, you won’t just read about grace—you’ll encounter it. May this be a place where captives are set free, hearts are restored, and your life is rebuilt on one unshakable truth: you were always meant to stand on a Foundation of Grace.

Foundation of Grace

The book changing lives

Grace is not a soft side note in the Christian life—it is the very ground beneath your feet. Foundation of Grace was written to show you that everything God wants to build in you—healing, freedom, identity, calling—must rest on what He has already done, not on what you can perform, fix, or earn. Scripture says, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith… not by works, so that no one can boast” (Ephesians 2:8–9). Grace is both God’s undeserved favor toward you and His empowering presence within you, saving you, holding you, and transforming you step by step.

In the Bible, a foundation speaks of strength, stability, and something you can truly build upon. Christ Himself is called the “chief cornerstone” (Ephesians 2:20) and the “sure foundation” (Isaiah 28:16), and those who trust in Him “will never be shaken.” This book is built on that truth: your story does not have to rest on trauma, failure, shame, or survival mode. It can rest on Jesus—on His cross, His resurrection, and His unshakable love for you, even in the places you feel most broken.

These pages are not theory. They were written out of real trauma, real spiritual warfare, and real encounters with the God who heals the brokenhearted and sets captives free (Isaiah 61:1). As I wrote, I stayed in continual conversation with the Holy Spirit about what to share, how much to tell, and how to protect you—the reader—while still telling the truth. Time and again, He reminded me that this is not just my story; it is a tool in His hands to help you name what has hurt you, recognize what has bound you, and discover how Jesus can deliver and restore you.

Even the title, Foundation of Grace, was a journey. In prayer, the word “foundation” kept rising in my spirit. I did not fully understand it at first, but the more I looked back over my rocky beginning, the more I realized: underneath every shattered season, God had quietly laid a foundation in Himself. He had plans for me long before I could see them. Later, He began highlighting “grace” everywhere—through Scriptures, songs, and even simple reminders in everyday life. Over and over, He was saying: You are standing here today because My grace held you when nothing else could.

The Bible often uses numbers to underline His character and His covenant story. I have always been fascinated by how He weaves meaning into even the smallest details. As I wrote, I began to notice patterns I hadn’t planned—like how, in this book, the chapter where I truly met Christ fell on a number often associated with spiritual completeness. I won’t spoil all of those discoveries for you; I want you to read, listen, and let God show you what He wants you to see. But I will say this: from beginning to end, He kept pointing me back to grace—His goodness, His patience, His mercy, and His power to redeem what the enemy meant for destruction.

There is far more I could have written: more stories, more details, more teaching on deliverance, trauma, spiritual warfare, and inner healing. Any one section of this book could become its own ministry manual. But I did not want these pages to become a spotlight on me. My heart is for this book to be a mirror and a doorway for you—a mirror to help you see what has been happening in your life, and a doorway into the freedom Jesus died to give you. “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness” (2 Corinthians 12:9). That verse is not just for me; it is for us.

If you have ever felt forgotten, damaged, too far gone, or ashamed of the coping mechanisms you used just to survive, I want you to hear this clearly at the very beginning: God knew every choice you would make, every wound you would carry, and He chose you anyway. His grace is not fragile. It is a foundation strong enough to hold your grief, your questions, your triggers, and your process. Without that foundation of grace, we would all remain lost and broken. With it, we have permission to step out of the shadows and into the light of His love, one honest step at a time.

You were not born by accident, and you are not picking up this book by accident. “Who knows but that you have come to your royal position for such a time as this?” (Esther 4:14). It is time to come out of the darkness, to confront what has held you, and to step into the overflow of His grace and glory. My prayer is that as you turn these pages, you will not just learn about grace—you will stand on it, rest in it, and begin to rebuild your life upon the unshakable Foundation of Grace.
